​Devon Mobile Mechanic shaff may operate my vehicle for the purpose of testing, inspection and delivery.

An express lien is acknowledged on my vehicle to secure the amount of service thereto.

"ONLINE COMMUNICATION OK"

I welcome email from Devon Mobile Mechanic as a mean of receiving copies of my estimate, work order and invoice.

Our Devon Mobile Mechanic Warranties

Our mobile service vans deliver quality service supported by a century’s worth of Devon Mobile Mechanic expertise and guaranteed by our Devon Mobile Mechanic llc warranties.*

Mechanic will not be responsible for any parts given by customer or any second hard parts the doesn't work after being replaced.

What is warrantied and for how long?

Most parts and services purchased through Devon Mobile Mechanic llc are covered for a minimum of 6 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, with some parts and services carrying a different warranty.*

*Some exclusions may apply; please see details below. Warranties apply to parts installed and service performed on private passenger vehicles. This warranty is valid through Devon Mobile Mechanic llc.

Service Warranty Exceptions

Oil, filter and brake services all include parts and services carrying a different warranty than our standard 6 months or 12,000 miles. Issues arising from a faulty part are covered under a lifetime warranty. Auto parts which prove to be unserviceable during the warranty period, will be replaced free of any additional charge for parts or labor, except as noted under “Exclusions,” below.

All lifetime warranties are only valid for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle.

Costs of additional brake system components, including master cylinders, rotors, drums and all additional labor, are warrantied for a period of six (6) months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.

 

• Warranty is void if vehicle does not have a working odometer either (a) at the time of the initial purchase/service, or (b) at the time of presentation for warranty claim.

 

Other Service Warranties Exclusions: Replacement of anti-freeze or clamps is not included in the warranty on belts/radiator hoses. Cost of refrigerant and recharging of the air conditioning system is not included with the warranty on air conditioner parts or air conditioner compressors. Cost of additional brake system components, including rotors and drums and/or labor to restore Brake System to its safe proper operation is not included with the warranty on Brake Shoes, Disc Pads, Calipers and/or Wheel Cylinders and all other hardware. Batteries are covered by a separate warranty from the manufacturer.

 

General Provisions: (Applicable to all warranties): All Devon Mobile Mechanic guarantees are given by Devon Mobile Mechanic. They are only offered through company–owned Devon Mobile Mechanic units. These guarantees do not in any way alter the provisions of the "LIMITED SERVICE WARRANTY" with regard to the warranty on service or auto parts. The complete terms of the "LIMITED SERVICE WARRANTY" are available with every company–owned Devon Mobile Mechanic llc.

Who is covered by the warranties listed in this document?

This warranty covers only the original purchaser of the installed parts and/or services. Also include we fix what is asked we are not responsible for other issues

Where will the warranties be honored?

Warranties will be honored through Devon Mobile Mechanic units. Call 1-443-241-6406 to schedule a warranty appointment.

How can a claim be made under the warranties?

Call 1-443-241-6406 to schedule a warranty appointment. The original invoice for the original work performed must be presented in order to get the benefit of the warranty

Is there a cancellation fee?

If you book an appointment and cancel within 24 hours of the estimated time of arrival there is no cancellation fee. However, if the call for service is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice a service fee of $50 will be charged to the card on file

What other conditions apply? The obligations undertaken in these warranties are offered only on the purchased items and conditions, and may not be enlarged or altered by anyone. This warranty document does not apply to products or vehicles used for commercial, racing, or off-road purposes, or to damage caused by abuse or accident. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Devon Mobile Mechanic OPERATIONS, LLC, AND Devon Mobile Mechanic DISCLAIM LIABILTY FOR INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you

Devon Mobile Mechanic llc Cancellation and Modification Policy

 

Modifications and Cancellations.

 

For Customers Modifying Appointments

 

Our Customer Service team can help you modify scheduled work orders at (443) 241-6936 or devonmobilemechanics@gmail.com. You may modify your Job at any time, subject to the following. If you modify a requested Job 24 hours prior to a scheduled start time for a Job, you will not incur a change fee. If you modify a requested Job within 24 hours of a scheduled start time for a Job, you may be charged a fee of $50. Modifications may include but not limited to; adding or removing a service feature, adding or removing maintenance items, scheduled service date/time, and scheduled service address location. We reserve the right to establish, remove and/or revise our modification policy or modification fees at any time in our discretion.

 

For Customers Cancelling Appointments

 

You may cancel a scheduled Job at any time, subject to the following. If you cancel 24 hours before a scheduled start time for a Job, there will be no cancellation fee applied. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled start time for the Job, you may be charged a fee of $50. We reserve the right to establish, remove and/or revise our cancellation policy or cancellation fees at any time in our discretion.

 

Cancellation by Technicians

 

When a Technician cancels a scheduled Job, we generally notify you and make your Installation request available for another Technician. However, we cannot guarantee that a canceled Job will be selected by another Technician and rescheduled or that the Job Request will be completed. Technicians reserve the right to refuse a Job Request. You hereby agree to hold us harmless from any liability that may result from the cancellation of a Job or refusal of a Tech to complete a Job.

 

There may be instances where, after a Technician has arrived at your location, the Technician finds that he/she is not able to successfully complete the Job. Reasons may include, without limitation; the Technician does not have access or permission to work on your vehicle at the location you provided; the location is not fit for performing automotive services (e.g., hill or uneven surface); or the information you provided with respect to your vehicle is inaccurate or incomplete.
